Standard Onsite

Service during regular business hours. Mon-Fri with 3-7 day appointment window.
Service Agreement Rate $90/hr. (Normally $120/hr. )

Express Onsite

Onsite service during regular business hours. Mon-Fri with 24-48 hour appointment window.
Service Agreement Rate $120/hr. (Normally $145/hr. )

Standard Off Hours

Work performed at night, on weekends or early morning. 3-7 day appointment window.
Service Agreement Rate $125/hr. (Only Availible for Service Agreement Clients)

Emergency

You need a tech immediately... We’ll have a tech out the door on the way to you – fast!
Service Agreement Rate $200/hr. (Only Availible for Service Agreement Clients)

Standard In-Shop

Service during regular business hours with 3-5 day turnaround. Parts, if needed, ordered with standard shipping. Normal diagnostic rates apply.
Service Agreement Rate $75/hr. (Normally $90/hr.)

Express In-Shop

Immediate tech attention with priority service. Parts, if needed, ordered with express shipping. Normal diagnostic rates apply.
Service Agreement Rate $100/hr. (Normally $120/hr.)
