I called Mr Computer who diagnosed the problem, increased the memory and checked for viruses and installed a virus scan. I was also given a tutorial. I was very impressed with the promptness with which the service was provided, the professionalism, patience and courtesy of the technician. " Best IT guy in Sydney without a doubt. Recommended a wireless solution that would suit me best. Came to install at the agreed time. Moved things to access the PC and at the end put everything back to where it was. Everything was done without me lifting a finger. He even looked at my printer as I have been having issues with it.
